Our team have a unique insight into what contractors, agencies and end clients need from their umbrella payroll provider. We focus on the small things that often have the biggest impact on contractor satisfaction and exceed in payroll, which ultimately, is what our candidates are relying on us to deliver successfully 100% of the time.
Step 1
From start to finish our registration process has been streamlined to be very quick and easy and provided we have everything we need, it can be completed in just one day. You will complete a Dalespay registration form, sign an employment contract with us and provide a valid proof of ID and address.
Congratulations, at this point you are an employee of Dalespay.
Step 2
We will sign a service agreement with your agency or end client and confirm the details of your contract. Using your timesheet information, we will invoice them weekly or monthly on your behalf. The agency or end client will pay the funds directly to us.
Step 3
Upon receipt of the funds, Dalespay will process your pay including the umbrella margin, plus any additional deductions (such as student loans and pensions) if applicable. We will then pay your salary direct to you and provide you with a payslip every time you are paid.
